Redesign of the AML/CFT webpage

A new webpage brings together all the publications issued by the department.

Professionals will find: news updates, guidelines and risk analyses, links to the practical pages of partner administrations, an overview of French Customs' AML/CFT activities, best practices for implementing an effective compliance system, sector-specific pages.

Publication of a customer information sheet

Following a proposal from professionals, French Customs has published an information sheet intended to inform customers about : the obligations of professionals subject to AML/CFT regulations, the supporting documents that may be requested.

This information sheet is available in French and English.

Archive of High-Risk Jurisdictions (FATF & European Commission)

French Customs provides the updated list of jurisdictions considered to present a high AML/CFT risk, together with an archive of previous lists.

Review of the 2024 Self-Assessment Campaign

Conducted between June and July 2024, this campaign brought together more than 800 participants. The results are available online.

Creation of a dedicated FAQ

An evolving "Frequently Asked Questions" section now answers the most common questions regarding AML/CFT regulations and their implementation. It is regularly updated based on contributions from professional organisations and professionals themselves.

Publication of practical AML/CFT factsheets

Step-by-step practical guides to help implement an internal compliance framework:
