Terms and Conditions to Be Included on Invoices

We are pleased to invite all members to a presentation of a template for General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs) that can be incorporated into your invoices to help protect your interests and limit your liability in commercial transactions.

This GTC template has been prepared by Trillat Avocats, a law firm specializing in art market law, and will be presented by members of their team.

The presentation will cover:
