MF Toninelli Art Moderne
MF Toninelli Art Moderne
MF Toninelli Art Moderne began its journey in 1945, when Romeo Toninelli opened his first gallery, “Il Camino” in Milan, in partnership with leading dealers of Italian modern art from the 1930s, known as “Il Milione.”
In 1960, Toninelli Arte Moderna opened its doors in Milan, followed by a second space in Rome in 1967.
Throughout the 1990s, after decades of successful exhibitions and international participation in major art fairs, MF Toninelli and Gaia Catelli Toninelli, representing the third generation of the family, relocated the gallery’s main office and operations from Rome to the Principality of Monaco.
Today, MF Toninelli Art Moderne specializes in the works of Alechinsky, Angeli, Balla, De Chirico, Fontana, Gaul, Jorn, Masson, Matta, Piene, Pistoletto, and Rivers, as well as featuring significant sculptures by Arp, Brancusi, Calder, Dalí, Ernst, Fontana, Marini, Manzù, Martini, Moore, and Rosso.
