The Alexis Bordes Gallery is delighted to present its new exhibition titled "Le Goût français" with the arrival of autumn. The exhibition brings together a selection of paintings from the 17th to the 20th century, confronting different artistic genres. Among the great portraitists and exceptional models, the exhibition revisits the art of still life with Jacques-Samuel Bernard, a painter of the Grand Siècle. The genre of landscape is also explored, ranging from intimate scenes to grandiose depictions, from the Norman houses of Jacques-Emile Blanche to the seascapes of Charles François Lacroix de Marseille.
