The implementation of the European reglementation on the import of cultural goods will have a significant and dramatic impact on the art market for extra-European Antiquities and Archaeology (Arts of Asia, Africa and Oceania, South America...)
A few months before the entry into force of this regulation, we invited Maître Pierre Valentin to explain its content in detail in order to fully understand the many implications and direct consequences on the exercise of our profession, the very real endangerment of many specialties, but also the repercussions on collectors.
